Order / Service cancellations & refunds

All orders can be cancelled until they are paid. If your order has been paid and you need to change, it can be changed with similar price you have paid or upgraded services with upgraded pricing, but, it can no longer be refunded at any circumstance(s).

Refunds

We do not issue the refund if:

• your order or service does not arrive or fulfilled due to factors not within your control (e.g. govt rules changed, natural disasters, you provided the wrong information to us)
• your order or service does not arrive or fulfilled due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by govt., delayed by a natural disaster, Covid-19 pandemic).
